*Cancellation Policy*
Any appointment that is scheduled and confirmed with us requires a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to your confirmed appointment, you may be dismissed from the practice. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
